Dont come here for customer service! Astra (asst mgr) had me tell her a whole story of an oversight because i had a new born & expenses fell below 0. A $35 overdraft fee was assessed n she said the charge had not gone into the system yet but will call me the next day letting me know that the fee will be reimbursed! Asked me to show her the baby pictures and asked a lot of questions to verify my reason to her about the oversight. Showed her everything! She said transaction has not showed in to system yet and by the evening time she will reverse the charge and credit my account.
No phone call the next day! I called back 2 days later n her story charged were she is not able to reverse the fee's cause System would not let her? She tried? But was sorry evening though she asked me to show her my baby!!! Even asked how he was doing. Hahaa. Spoke to manager yvette and she was not sympathic to my situation neither. Thet said i had two reversals but never mentioned i been their customer since 1989. Do not say you'll honor something when you never had the power to do so!!! Very mislead here in Porter Ranch!
