Great service and a great value - everyone should have a massage at least once a month! Make sure you specify the type of massage you want - don't assume everyone provides the same level of tissue massage - ask for what you want.
Made the BIGGEST mistake of getting a membership, which I don't recommend at all. After the first massage it was very DIFFICULT to get other appointments during the time and date that was convenient. If you want a weekend you almost have to make appointments many days in advance if not a couple of weeks. They rarely had availability. Don't waste your money on the membership for mediocre service.
Massage fees great and it smells wonderful when you walk in the door. Staff are polite and friendly too. Everyine wants to be apart of something special. Why not start with discounted about $69 massage or facial by getting membership double for massage as just a guest? Geels great. Friends and families get discout rates as well if you are a member. Membership gives 1 massage or facial per month.
I have been a member since they opened. It is a great value considering the therapists are experienced and excellent across the board. Massage at Hand and Stone has become an important part of my wellness program because I feel better from it. This place is very popular (and rightfully so). You have to book your appointment in advance. I can even do this online with their app. Like at a great restaurant on a weekend evening, if you just show up, you likely won't get seated. I have had no problem setting up my standard bi-weekly appointment by booking ahead after my massage.
