An employee at the Armani counter was probably the worst service I had. She was rude, and gave me the wrong product, which I found out when I went back home. I called customer service, and they put me on hold 3 times, and never picked up. I ubered back spending my own money, and Nordstrom said they can only exchange or return my money. This is ridiculous. The compensation for my time and money wasted should be coming from the employee or the company. It is their mistake, not mine. I have gone through a hassle, and I never want to have this experience again. They were not at all apologetic. Please train your employees properly, and have better customer service. This has been very disappointing.
Really cute mall and Im not referring to size, it's a posh village set up...loved it. 4 stars due to over charging parking...I was there little over 4hrs, validated and still came up $9. ..!?!?
