I am trying to get information on incident that happened in 2012. I cannot get a hold of anyone who really knows where to get my disclosure notice to turn into the nursing board. Poor quality of service & when I got released shows no records of anything. All I need is a disclosure letter. So simple from the court. Poor quality of services. If your short staffed hire more people on. Its government job for goodness sakes!!

This court and this county Are ruthless they add a 300 cival assisment fee if you cant pay by a certain date stupid its called a failure to appear not a failer to pay stupid thanks LA county for taking my licence for no reason.

Another example of government at it's worse or at least it's minimum. This is exactly why most Americans feel their government is beyond broke. I agree.

in our opinion most terrible court house we ever been to officer in court room Z is very rude women screamed at me for wearing sunglasses on my head discriminating my nationality saying she don't care that i misunderstood few english words, it is outrages !

Had case here that took more than a year to finally be resolved. Defendant keep postponing and refused to be sued. By the time of the appeal by the defendant, after I won, the appeal judge didn't review previous judge decision, my written complaint in court filing, or my evidence. His decision was basically award me half of the original amount awarded. The original amount was already half. The first judge believed the defendant was clueless in the case. The defendant wasn't clueless but I let him save face.

Day of the appeal I was speaking to a man who knew the judge. He also had a case and said he hoped the court doesn't just split verdict in half because that is what normally happens regardless of evidence. He was right. He had to be heard by another judge because he knew my appeal judge personally.

Utterly impossible to get any information about your case. No info desk to point you in the right direction. Phone calls go straight to hold music, so you don't know if that's the correct number.

By the way my case was about a drug house. Went to cop, they did nothing. Went to court, they did bare minimum. The landlord knew my neighbor was operating a drug house. He was the landlord. He knew. Lord I complained more than 20 times. The court should have done a much better job then they did. Beyond disappointed but not surprised. California is not the paradise it pretends to be to the rest of the country.

I decided to do a small claims case because I didn't want to waste time or large amounts of money in hiring a law firm. I also knew my case was solid with evidence of physical damage and financial damage. Beware; doing the right thing in the end may hurt you.

we felt like in prison we think that girls at the window that gives forms out to file small claims re just birchty not pleasant at all they are all connected there we saw that ourselves they speak to each other decided whom to like or dislike we are going to end that it is time to speak up for our rights people ! just to remind all people who works there this court house is for THE PEOPLE to come sue standing up for their rights and a lot of people who works there think the opposite court house is for their needs only that is not the case here ! don't be afraid file a complain against this people in la county don't let them get away with rude attitude towards you ! we are collecting signatures to stop court house abuse !

Update. 1 November 2016 43 days after defendant paid the court the ridiculously low judgement the court hasn't sent me the funds. Was suppose to be held 20 days to make sure the check cleared. Yeap. It has been 43 days. Government bureaucracy are a nightmare. Have even less respect each day that passes.
