Love them!!! They always come through. When I hit a bind they were very helpful and worked with me. MOST of the customer service reps are excellent and really make it their duty to assist you on every call. My most recent rep. Frank D. went above and beyond to assist me during our call. I am very pleased with him and the company.
Today I spoke with a very knowledgeable representative. I had many questions that I needed answered. Mercedes was very helpful. She was very patient. I was pleased with her understanding of the elements of her job. Having representatives like her make it so much easier on consumers. Employees like her are assets for Westlake Financial.
