Today I called the Container Store, wanting to update my Elfa closet system from 7 years ago. They still had my data! I was able to tell them what I wanted to store, they designed an update, and emailed the design and parts to me. I'm able to buy via phone. So easy! They're forthright and helpful, and a breeze to work with. My husband and I love our Elfa closet system! We still get compliments on it. Everything I bought from the Container Store has lasted well over years of daily use. They still offer top notch service just like they did 7 years ago! They are what a buyer hopes for from a vendor: excellent products and excellent service.
This place is were you need to come for storage needs and etc! They got awesome things youll end up buying here and worth the price to. I love this store and glad I happen to find it

They have organizational things for everything. Great staff and well stocked. If you're doing at more than one store in the mall go here last so you don't have to carry around a big plastic tub to every other store
