The team here is great. We've been going to this location for more than a year and Anthony, the manager, has always been the absolute best! I had an issue with a ring after it was sized down and he made sure it was taken care of in a timely manor. We've purchased many items from this location and I will not go anywhere else!
They've taken over a month to refund me $1,000 and Every time I call to ask they give me a different Story, their customers service line is the worst!!! Read the consumer reports. Everything you'll read there is true!!
I walked in and two of the employees where just standing around didnt even bother to ask if i needed help considering i was the only person there at that time it felt to me like a slap to the face i would give 0 stars if i could but i can all i wanted was an engagement ring! !!!!!!!!!
