I have been meaning to get a second FOB for my car. I've researched the process and looked for ways to avoid paying so much money to a dealer. Prime Locksmith's prices are not only reasonable , but their service is excellent as well. It's nice to work with someone who is knowledgeable in their field. Omar's customer service is great, the store is clean and the selection of keys and accessories are endless. I'm glad I stopped Prime Locksmith.
Just went to this place again....I've been having problems with the remote for my Chevy Tahoe and I knew I could purchase a new one there. Omar was, once again, super helpful. Instead of automatically pushing a new remote, he asked if I had recently changed the battery (which I hadn't). Problem solved! Although I was a bit sad because the case to my remote was cracked so I was looking forward to getting a new one. So Omar told me that I could buy a new case as well. Problem solved again! Instead of spending $85 on a new remote, I spent $28 on a battery and a remote case and it works perfectly! BTW, they are more than just a "key shop". They sell padlocks, door knockers with peep holes, and lock boxes for keys. This place is awesome and Omar knows his stuff!
