On the fourth lot (same name, but a valet), they told us that they didn't know any of the previous 3. They then told us that we could either pay again, or give him the keys to our car. He implicitly threatened that "some old lady" would hit our car in his lot during his shift, and he wouldn't mitigate that unless we gave him our car keys.
Went to the lot next door, and they told us to go to the lot up the street because they didn't know the guy next door.
