On the fourth lot (same name, but a valet), they told us that they didn't know any of the previous 3. They then told us that we could either pay again, or give him the keys to our car. He implicitly threatened that "some old lady" would hit our car in his lot during his shift, and he wouldn't mitigate that unless we gave him our car keys.
Don't know how fee is calculated but it cost me like $5 for 2 hours at night, so that's a pretty good place to park for a meal in little Tokyo
