It's just a weigh station but it has four healthy fast food stands, a decent car waiting area for drop off/pick-up and an aquarium.

Don't bother requesting an Uber/Lyft here, the location and signs of the pick up/drop off zone makes it very difficult for the drivers to find the place.
Easy parking adjacent to union station. $8/day. Great option if leaving your car while you take Amtrak or LAX flyaway.
