Vet tech/ front office took temperature but the vet did not provide a thorough body examination (spent less than 3 minutes total talking to me and looking at her) except to check ears. He determined they were very dirty and hairy. She is an 8 week old puppy and although it can be cleaned with an ear cleaner ( I clean out once every 3-4 days) until she is old enough to be exposed to the environment at the groomer this is going to be the status. Offered ear cleaning. Perspective? I am concerned she ingested a substance that could be life threatening and we are talking about wiping out her ears? I feel like at this point either he knows this is not serious and is declining to inform me or he is up-selling services insensitively.

I paid the emergency rate but will never be returning to see that vet in the future. Business as a whole was clean, organized and pleasant. Great hours!

Since then we have been given one excuse after another as to why the money has not be refunded. We are told that the person who can perform this only works on Wednesday. Then we were told that a manager needs to do this and that manager never seems to be in. We have been very patient on this but at this point it is clear they are not interested in returning us our money as promised.

I was taken right away both times. Staff was friendly and handled my cat with care. I am most happy with their service and pricing. Excellent!

NOT SUGGESTED FOR EMERGENCIES !!!

He spent only a couple minutes before providing a suggested bill over $220. The treatment included antibiotics(there was no infection or surgery and the suggested purpose was unclear), removal of glue using peroxide, and nausea shot ( to alleviate nausea may result from peroxide). To determine if she had actually ingested anything, and needed to come back in, I was 'educated' to watch out for nausea, vomiting or lack of interest in food ( which at that point may have been caused by the peroxide cleaning on her gums) . Very unscientific way to approach the problem. Seemed less about the dog and more about the money. I have had many animals over the years, lived on a farm, applied emergency techniques and actively have working relationships with my large animal vets. The unprofessional application of unnecessary medication and techniques that could interfere with the long term evaluation of this puppy and if she would require surgery was disappointing. I can only hope that he felt that her situation was not serious and he was attempting to up-sell the clinics services because the alternative is unsettling.

I love this place..........Staff is wonderful and very efficient. Best of all, their prices are the cheapest you will find............$100 worth of shots by my former vet cost $30 here. TY TY TY !!!

I am giving four stars only because it is a tiny clinic, I was simultaneously claustrophobic and a little nervous about the open wall tops on the exam room but this is not a reflection on the care my dog received - just a challenging floorplan. That being said, the staff was very nice - even though it was a busy and stressful day, the vet was thorough and attentive, the pricing was very reasonable and being able to set an actual appointment on a Sunday was great. I was pleased with the customer service from calling to book an appointment to checking out after the exam and treatment. They also did a great job wrangling my wiggly Pug.

The front staff was very personable, timely and pleasant. Unfortunately the vet was not. His bedside manner was not as nice and to be honest that wouldn't matter if he had provided quality care, education, or reasonable solutions. We had an emergency with an 8 week old puppy ( an investment female for registered breed) that accidentally got into a tube of superglue, superglue covered her teeth gums and tongue. I was unsure if she had ingested any. Called ahead to see if it was necessary to bring her in and was told by the vet, yes it was just to be careful. Brought her to the clinic within 30 min of the incident.

We were charged for a surgery that was never performed due to misdiagnoses. We brought our dog in due to bumps on his back. The Doctor who performed the initial assessment said that the bumps were masses that could be drained and removed. We paid the fee for the surgery upfront as was required. A second Doctor was going to perform the operation when he realized it was a misdiagnoses and that the bumps were not mases but birth defect that could not be corrected. After speaking with the first Doctor they both agreed it was a misdiagnoses and that the surgery would not be performed. We were then told we would get our money back.
