Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They provided many tips for us tourists. They took the time to relate stories and explained the interactive wall of information. The food was great. The local burger was the best hamburger I've ever eaten (and most expensive). I've been to Hard Rocks all over the world and this is by far the best!
As any Hard Rock Cafe it's a really nice place to drink (and eat) something. The waitresses are very nice and perhaps a bit crazy (that's a plus!). Don't forget to order the Classic Nachos when you have a drink. Perfect, delicious and big portions!
As with any Hard Rock Café, the atmosphere was really cool. Great music, very friendly staff. The menu is conventional. I won't lie, I came for the cocktails. The mixed appetizer plate was pretty tasty and offered a good variety. We shared it between the two of us (neither was starving) and it was just enough. The gentleman with the beard and long hair in a ponytail (I think he may have been the manager) stopped by to check on us and gave us some great recommendations. He was a pleasure to chat with and is definitely an asset to this location.
This place has a big queue at lunch time in the weekend but food takes a long time to come and quality is not good. I would call it a tourist trap and wouldn’t recommend it.
I came here about 3 weeks ago, and I honestly wish I could leave more stars. Our server Bryan was awesome and had a great sense of humor. Also, HE LOOKED LIKE WILL FERRELL. He let me snap a few pictures of him so I could put into my review and keep just encase one day he's famous haha. He had a great attitude and the manager was checking on everyone to see that everyone was satisfied (they made everyone feel like VIP guests). He asked us what our server looked like and I said, "Will Ferrell!" He then laughed and told us that was his nickname and because we noticed he'd give us a complimentary brownie sundae. The food was delicious and it came to us pretty fast. We had such a great time here and I really hope to come back soon. Keep it up guys!
