I contacted Preferred Roofing along with a few other companies for quotes. Preferred was not the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either. I wanted to go with a company that had been in business for a while and that had a good reputation. The reason I decided to go with them is because we had good communication with Aaron, our salesman. He was wonderful, walked us through the entire process. I have never had to buy a roof before, so I had a ton of questions! Aaron was super patient with me and answered all my questions. He made the entire process painless. His crew came in every day on time and they cleaned up after themselves daily. Not gonna lie, there are always a few nails around - so be careful on the driveway when you get home each night. But I think that is to be expected. Overall, these guys are great and I highly recommend them.
David and his team is very reliable. The company is attentive to every details and needs of their client. They go extra mile. Work was good and done quickly and completely. Price is good. Overall a great experience and will definitely use them for more work in our home in the future. "
