Even though I come here often, it's not because of the mall itself, but because of the businesses I'm a patron of. This mall is noticeably dated and in need of substantial TLC. Cleaning up the trash in its lot and other riff-raff could do it some good as well.

My allergist is here.. in the mornings, open parking is sparse with a lot of spots for doctors (too many if you ask me, since most are unoccupied). In the late afternoon, parking is better. There's parking patrol that rolls around pretty often.

This shopping mall contains the CVS and Vons that I shop at, as well as my favorite Chinese place in the area, so I frequent it.
Myriad of rows of storefronts where 98% of them look exactly alike. Brown & beige. Great selections, from nail salons to pharmacies to real estate, & look locally owned. Very convenient variety. EASY parking.
