They suck! I have paid on multiple occasions for their pass to be able to go on my public bus which is called the Silverstreak, because it works for it too WHICH IS A DAMN LIE! I have paid 26$ the last time for a tap card and every morning / afternoon the bus drivers give me a hard time and tell me that my tap card has ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY! Which is absolutely bogus! Then the bus drivers give me a hard time to pay them, it's terrible
Takes me to CSULA and home. Convenient and affordable.
