The following day she sent some pricing on some deals which was over our budget. I emailed her back to see if there are other options to bring the cost under our budget. After a day or so, I never received a reply from her. I guess I was too much trouble for her to look into other options so she didn't respond back.
I would assume that she would be more helpful since travel agency business are based on repeat customers. I guess wrong.
