They dont help anyone here they just straight up tell with a sign of course not in person just like the phone number you can never speak to a person the office is the same. The sign they put out just like the phone number says they are open but will not be helping anyone today. This office is a sham. Shame on you irs. The most corupt office in america. Dont ever go here no matter how far the other place is they will not help you here. This is just a fake office its supposed to be an irs office but it is not dont waste your time.
It's true about the line. I went in at nine and got in around 10:45 but go around 5:30AM. I got blessed that's all.
Worst office ever. I went to this place 1st time as I was asked to go here by an institution also this is the closest IRS office to me. I was there 10.40 a.m. There was a sign outside 'Not Issuing Tickets' There were atleast 15 people waiting outside in line without going home. I also decided to wait after driving 1 hr & 30 mins. We waited 2 hrs and 13 mins. The security told us u guys go home they wont see you anyone. After that an IRS employee came out & announced if there is anyone waiting to get stamped step out. I am the only one working here. I am not serving anyone anymore . A few people including me raised our hands to ask a question but he left. The security guard told us If you want, you guys have to be here early 5 a.m.cos they open at 8.30 a.m. Yes IRS work only one and half hr a day & finished working long before 10 am for the day. All the tax payers including me had to go home after standing in line for over 2 hrs. The other people were in line more than 2 hrs. They are not serving the tax payers. If I don't give one star atleast it wouldn't allow me to post. I want to give zero stars.
The website says it is opened from 8:30PM to 4:30 PM. I arrived around 11:20 AM and there was a sign saying that they were not giving more tickets today. If you do not have a ticket you will not be attended unless you are going to make a payment (of course). That was not my case. I wasted an hour drive to get there and another hour to get back, gasoline, and one dollar for parking for nothing. So we pay taxes to receive this kind of service. Does anybody know who is in charge? I would really enjoy having a conversation about taking care of customers. As much as I hate the guy, I think I will vote for Donald Trump. Because he is an entrepreneur he probably understands the basics of customer care.
I was here before they opened. walked in, already realizing there was only 2 people attending everyone! within only half an hr in the other person left. leaving only one person. Seriously that's pretty ridiculous.
