IRS sucks
I spoke to another agent she was very kind and helpful and SAID she was going to fax the actual transcript.. when the fax came she faxed it incomplete!!! and it was just saying I requested a non filing...
We went in by appointment and they were extremely nice. The people who helped out my mom were great and when my dad took his test they were also super nice and professional.
I don't know why so many bad reviews when the service Is good and fast when u make an appointment.
I had a very good experince with the assistance. The two receptionist were happy with helping me and were able to clear away my doubts :).
I dont have a mobile phone. couldnt get it online
I spoke to 1 freakin rude agent and talked to me for an hour (including wait time) saying "ohh im sorry my computer wont me process your tax return transcript"

The data doesnt match the request by mail... cant get it by mail
with the amount of money they take from us every check they can afford to pay for employees to work on weekends
there is absolutely no reason for you guys to be closed right now!
