Going to this maze room ruined mine and my wife's experience it was our first time going to a escape room at first the guy behind the desk seemed like he was a very rude person finally got to go in the room 20 after our reservation was only in there for 15 mins when he stop the game and said tolled us not to look under table and not to move a chair and kick us out don't go here very very very very bad experience
We had a flight delayed, and even though we called well ahead (and had made a reservation ahead of time...), Maze Rooms did not help at all. No re-booking or anything. What's more is that there were available spots for that same session.
Challenging and hard .. but really nice maze (I played "FBI")
I will also note that the employee who was there every time I played was polite, professional, and pretty darn cute if I do say so myself.
Make absolutely sure you can make it to the venue on time, or kiss your money good bye.
We were playing the FBI together with my girlfriends this weekends! When we were booking we didn't know that this is the the hardest room they have about 10 % success rate. We didn't make it on time, but had a lot of fun! The atmosphere is amazing, there was a lot of fun gadgets and unexpected moments! We had a great time! The stuff at the location was friendly. I'll recommend it to anyone who love to have fun and spend amazing time with friends!
I've done everything at this location and always had a good time. The castle is perfect if you're new to escape rooms or if you like the mood and atmosphere of a medieval/magical setting. It's a great room for just two people to work their way through. The FBI room is more challenging, better suited to experienced puzzlers or larger groups who can work together.
Book with extreme care, or be ready to hear some creative reasons to not at the very least move your appointment...
