the kids love coming here.. It is always a good time. They meet so many new friends here. the place is so much fun for them
My daughter loves it... Nothing kids like more than a bounce house. She always has fun there.... And she gets a good workout on those trampolines before knocking out when we get home.
Great place for kids to have a good time. Could be a little cleaner... More arcade games would be nice. Their Groupon deal is great thou. Two 1 hour passes for 16$$!!!
Had my son's 5th birthday party here and WOW!! Our host (I totally forgot his name unfortunately) went way above and beyond our expectations, he should definitely get a raise or promotion or both! He was super friendly, super helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. Our guests all had a blast and my son had a great day. It was one of the best parties we've had, if not the best, so far. Highly recommend having a party here.
This Van Nuys location is HIGHLY disorganized! I would NEVER recommend this location for a birthday party. They seriously overbook the parties and rush everyone through like sheep. To make matters worse, their elevator is out of service, yet they haven't closed the business to fix it. This is a serious ADA violation. Anyone handicapped, such as my friend's mother yesterday, could easily sue and be awarded a minimum $6k + lawyers fees per incident. California does not tolerate these kinds of violations. She was forced to walk up three flights of stairs after just having ankle surgery. Not acceptable!
