Ordered a cake for my daughters baptism and when my sister arrived to pick it up they couldn't find my order and it was not ready. While they did take off $10 it should've been more because it looked rushed and not like the photo that I got from their site. The cake was super dry, like it had been baked days before or was left out uncovered. I was so disappointed because my sister had ordered a custom design with the same cake a week before and that is what made me order my cake. I guess if you order a custom cake it more likely to be good since it will need to be made fresh. When I reached out to let them know how I felt about the cake I got no response.
First time ordering from Rose Bakery and so glad I did. I had a custom cake, which was made exactly how I wanted and finished before the expected time frame. I don't usually leave reviews but bakery is one you can count on for a good cake. Thank you for making my cake exactly how I wanted it!
I loved the almond croissants and the brioche buns with sugar on top. Almond croissant was so crunch and filled with lovely almond paste. And the brioche was delicious. I am used to the plain brioche buns so the twist with orange blossom (?) taste was a nice twist. I was so blown away with the baguettes myself. Next time I want to come in and have a coffee and the lovely looking pastries from "fancy" pastry side. What a lovely place!!
Love this place being coming here since I was lil. Can't go wrong here at all. I think her kids took over a long time ago but its still ran very well.. I just wish they never gave up they caramel apples back in the day.. Please take into consideration.
Besides the fact that they messed up two cakes I had ordered from them they have Bad service, overpriced, Rude
