I love the atmosphere here and the staff are really great and friendly. I highly recommend this location if you want to browse for a book, chill, or go on a coffee date.

Unfortunately I have to complain they were very argumentative when I returned a book here but did not have my receipt I expect as a customer of Barnes n noble and all these places it's practically assumed no receipt and perfectly good yet no longer wanted items get store credit and every so often people dare to waste your time probably because they hate their life or job that they cannot help or give store credit. This is like a red flag to me and a personal pet peeve at this point cuz it's obviously and intentionally meant to make you feel sort of helpless then you blah blah wanna speak to a manager and blah that you have never had this issue and blah blah normally does etc etc then the person mysteriously figures it out and gives you store credit as I experienced here. The Starbucks people suck here, argumentative and snotty, rude and of course sold me a s'more frappe yet they don't have the stuff to make that bev then had an attitude about me wanting a different drink. They refused to make a different drink they demanded to throw away the drink they gave me and do a refund only. It was very annoying one of those things just to test someone's patience really...They knew they did not have the ingredients because they admitted it of course after they gave it to me I probably might of ordered something else to so depends who serves you but the service here isn't that great. There is however one of the best seating areas ever provided here otherwise I'd give it 1-stars. Thanks.

Giant store feels underutilized at best.

Compared to other Barnes and Nobles, this one is on the bigger side and carries more selections. Some of the things I've noticed is that this store has more cookbooks, art books, kids toys, and gifts than other locations I've been to.

Great store. Large selection of books and toys. Very busy though.

Friendly and helpful staff.

It's the Barnes and noble at the grove! It's just like any other Barnes and noble, but bigger.

This is one of my favorite Barnes and Noble locations. I love that it's in the Grove, which is a fun place to stop around at anyway. This location also is a three story bookstore, which makes it feel a little epic.
