Quiet and there's a small size parking lot just before S. SERRANO ST ON W 6TH ST. It's been there as long as I can remember. Free WiFi for doing work or homework. Drinks and food is okay. Not too good nor not too bad. Moderately priced and free parking, can't beat that.❌
