Excellent customer service - car was in good shape and the price was reasonable. Was nice getting picked up at hotel to get car. People were very nice. Will definitely use Enterprise again.

The staff at the Los Angles Gower Street location were professional and pleasant to me and other customers during my recent visit. Although it was busy and return cars were piling up in the small lot, they all maintain their cool and processed us out quickly.
They do not Honour your reservation! Internet low price means nothing!! They are the only one open on Sunday in the la hollywood area. They over book and It's first come first serve. The guy over the phone did not explain this before I called. After 30 min drive arriving there in front of tons of people he tells me Rudely that he told me this over the phone. I said I was on my way you said I'm first. Complete liar. Over whelmed and not staffed! Tons of people waiting. When I called he had no cars small only a pick up truck. I was coming in to get the next turned in vehicle. What was the odds! Who knows, I left pissed. I'm not playing rent a car roulette. Get out of here. Dueces ✌
