I do like the way it's done and how well it is setup. The staff are well informed, and very nice and they really do try to help as much as they can.
These guys and gals were awesome! I brought my Xbox One in after it refused to read my games and DVDs. Well my unit was out of warranty. They still worked a deal with me and traded me up into a new box with an upgraded hard drive. I am extremely grateful. I will definitely come back to make my next electronics purchase.

My husband Mark and I lost our home in the Napa fires on October 9. To relieve some stress and get away from the smoky air we went to Southern California the weekend of October 21 & 22. Mark enjoys going to computer stores to assess the most current technology. We shared our fire story with Ryan, the store manager, who was so empathetic. Ryan patiently listened to Mark's computing needs and put together an amazing system at a discount AND gifted a bag of goods to us. The over the top service and special consideration given to us, during such a devastating time in our lives, will never be forgotten. It wont allow me to get on my xbox i just got and set up it keeps saying to “use the password for your Microsoft account.” so i put in my password and it dosnt work so i try resett8ng it and it still says it dosnt work
