I am a floral snob. There, I said it. Rarely am I impressed with the design or the quality of the flowers I receive as a gift. When I saw the beautiful, creative, unique arrangement my sister sent me, I was taken aback. The design is stunning, the size of the white roses is impressive, and the wood square basket it is arranged in is exactly as it should be. When I called my sister to thank her, she spoke at length of the AMAZING customer service she had. Bryan worked with her patiently, answering every question and assuring her that her gift would be beautiful. I called to thank them for the beautiful delivery, and Angela was friendly, appreciative, and a pure delight. It is a rare yet wonderful combination to receive a quality product AND great customer service. This is a florist that deserves to be patronized.

I was SO disappointed in the delivery of the flowers, candy and balloons to my daughters work! I wanted her to enjoy them all day. But they didn't arrive until an hour after the time i mentioned the business closed. Then, they called her to see if she was still going to be there, lessening the surprise. I'd even called at noon to check and they said the drivers were just picking up the next deliveries. She got them at 6pm! Very disappointing.
Lovely arrangement. I walked in last minute and needed something quick. They helped create a very fast arrangement that was quite lovely - actually stunning -and in my budget. It was also very unsure and creative w roses and orchids.
