Well, I had a great experience with this floral shop! When I came in, I was well greeted and attended to! Once I picked out what I wanted, there was no need to say anything more! I was taken care of promptly and professionally. The flowers I got were perfect and left an impression on the receiver! They were really fresh flowers! The price I paid was reasonable! I really felt like a got a bang for my buck! I definitely recommend this place!
Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my mom giving ample time to deliver but it never arrived. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise. Not even a call from Urban Florist telling us that there is a problem with the delivery. We only found out when we asked our mom if she received flowers. Now the delivery is still pending but the birthday is over.. and I do not know how they will resolve the matter.
Rates are reasonable and fast delivery.
Parking is tough, so if you can, just walk over.

They don't have that huge selection of flowers and flower arrangement but my mom couldn't stop staring at the flowers after she got it. Even me! The flowers were so stunning themselves and fresh. The arrangement looks simple yet elegant. They exceeded my expectation.
This florist has amazing customer service, from pre-ordering online or by phone, or by walking in. My last order was a walk-in, I told them the occasion, the price range I was looking to stay in, and the favorite colors of the recipient, and they whipped up a unique, personalized bouquet of flowers in 5 minutes, all for a very fair price.
