Worst cut I have ever gotten. And yes I'm using names to help out people who are looking for a place to cut their hair they need to know that Mirna, the lady who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. Didn't wash my hair, and didn't give me even layers in the front like I asked. I told her specifically to cut 1 inch of my long hair and she cut 2! I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted and she still kept asking through the whole cut What it was that I wanted. I've never had to guide a hairdresser through the process of doing their job. She cut my bangs and then proceeded to style them with a FLAT brush! They looked HORRIBLE I can tell in her face too that she also thought it was bad! What kind of hairdresser dosnt have a round brush to style bangs? I went home and had to even out the bangs AND my so called layers in the front because they were so uneven. The bangs were longer on one side and bluntly cut she didn't point cut or anything. The way she cut my layers in the front was the dumbest way I've ever seen anyone cut layers (she eyeballed each side! Like where is your technique!?) i don't even think she went to beauty school. She had NO technique and just eyeballed everything she did and on top of that she rushed AND was rude when I was explaining to her what I wanted, I am super specific with my hair and she didn't even care, looked like she wasn't even listening to my specific instructions she just wanted me out quick. NEVER going to ANY "great clips" salon ever again and neither will any of my friends and family after they saw my atrocious cut. And the company can thank Their employee Mirna for that.
I think her name is Muriella?.. Or Marela? She rocked my haircut!.. did EXACTLY what I asked. I am SO particular about my hair and I almost always complain or am slightly disappointed after a cut.. to where I usually just do it myself anymore.. But this lady was awesome! She was gentle, focused, and quick.. and like I said she did a GREAT job. Honestly I usually have a good experience here no matter who I get..but like I said..so hard to please so there will be SOMEthing little usually that I am not happy about or need to change slightly. but this woman was particularly awesome to the point where I felt inclined to leave a review.. which ive only done like 2 other times in my life. Anyway.. to be more specific and I apologize for not being PC here but since Im not positive on her name, the fabulous hairdresser who rocked it was an older asian woman.. dark hair a little past her shoulders.. name starts with an "M" (im 98% sure).. Enjoy!
