DO NOT go to this firm. I'm surprised they even have one after all the bad reviews. Seems they need a whole new staff. Went to this firm and brush sorsher ripped me off for 3,000. I told him it was my first time having filed a claim. He asked for $3k, then a month later, another $2,000 he said for further paperwork. He never updated me about my case, never answered any of my calls or emails. Shady attorney. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm sure he needed that 3,000 more than I did. I had to borrow that money to give to him. He could have had a heart and have it back. But we all know how attorneys work. Karma will have the last laugh in his case. I am a firm believer. Thank God for the attorney I did find. He was nothing like this firm. Do not hire this firm. They will lie to you and rip you off!!!!
They settled my case fairly quickly. They handled everything and made a stressful situation way less stressful.
This was one of the worst . I also was stupid . I paid $300.00 to have them tell me they would write a letter (which would cost $1500.00 and there were no assurances . PASS ON THESE GUYS .
I expected more out of this law group. They were very unprofessional. They had me calling and calling just to find out how my case was going. They never called me and they let it run for more than a year. My case could've been solved sooner and they kept asking for more money. & ALL he(OSCAR) did was write a demand letter & a phone call. A letter!!! & I have to pay him almost 3k? For my money's worth I expected more than just a letter. After talking to other lawyers they ALL agreed that Oscar Ramirez was a horrible attorney and only out there for your money! $$ BEWARE!
I would recommend not to use this office. They mislead, and they don't cooperate with each other in the firm, they take the case and say they are good to go and after months they reject the case. Don't trust them. Save yourself time and find someone who is trust worthy. Allen the owner is so unprofessional.
