Jon earned that faith with results. He was relentless in pursuing different avenues to get evidence against me thrown out and to negotiate with the DA. I ended up pleading to reckless driving with DUI conditions, meaning that as long as I go to the 3 months of DUI classes, pay a fine and have a clean driving record for three years, there’s no DUI on my record and won’t ever be.
