The phone is always busy
This place is absolutely terrible. Lies after lies while dealing with them and why it took over 2 hours to get to my place in the middle of the night. After about an hour and a half, I called another locksmith to find out how long it would take ( about 20 mins ). I called these guys back to try and cancel because it's taking too long, and they want to charge me a $29 service call regardless because "the tech is already on his way". I told them I don't have any way to know this as no one is communicating with me. I told the dispatcher to have the tech call. He calls 15 mins later to confirm the address and say it will take about 20 mins! How can you claim he's on his way to somewhere when he doesn't even know the address!?!? Such a scam company. They needed my card to confirm the appointment, and therefore try to force me into paying for nothing. Stay far away from these guys.
Closest experience I've ever had to being robbed. The 'Technician' didn't know how to fix a sticky lock, but sprayed it with WD40 and after 4 minutes handed us a bill for $120. Following the robbery there was no redress as you are told when calling in that 'management is in a meeting and will call you back tomorrow'. Their website promises wonderful, cost effective and professional service. It's all bull unfortunately.
