My overall experience was great. The reason why i gave it a 4 is because of the regular ticket and snack prices, but as far as service and cleanliness goes ..its a 5 star. All staff was friendly and attentive. restrooms were clean.
Parking is discounted with validation, $7 for the first 4hrs. Park in Lot 4, if lot is full park in Lot W gates E and F. Hope this info helps.

For Children and Seniors
Theatre is beautiful, new, and really big. They also have great snacks. Only downside, is the ticket counter is on a corner of a very very busy street. Last time we were there a few cars got into an accident. The drivers were shouting and it was a little scary. It does not seem safe at all, for many reasons. I will definitely reconsider going there again.

Regal cinemas are always a safe bet. They are always clean (at least the two of them I have visited) and there are plenty of choices for snacks, aside from pop-corn. Arrive on time, because theaters are big and usually distant from each other. It is always better to buy online as well.

I have had really great experiences at this theater and a few negative ones. The staff are always kind and most of the time accommodating. Sometimes they give out free posters and are very organized when there is a premier event. I also like the fact that they have a security guard at the entrance checking through peoples bags (I feel safe there). However, on three separate occasions it took almost 30 - 45 minutes for my food order to come up (Each time a different item: pretzel, Pizza, and chicken tenders). I love their 8 dollar Tuesday deal but they really do need to do something about the food wait.
Considering all the factors this a good theatre, it is pretty much always gonna have heavy traffic getting to and from there. I do no believe it is overhyped, but you cant blame quality and cleanliness on the employees, because yes they do take to long to get food and when they do sometimes they get the order wrong but they have good premier showings here and the theatre seats are clean and comfortable. It is a small theatre and parking can be annoying unless you use the facility’s parking lot which is rarely completely full, do make sure you get you parking ticket validated at the theatre and you will only pay like 5 bucks instead of 30.
