Omg I can't believe it's still open! Brought back many great moments as a kid... #18then When we went to clubs we was 16 and it was legal so of course the turn up was real!

It's my favorite place to hang out in LA ad far as gay clubs. They have 4 different Dj's playing house /top 40 , hip hop and r&b, rock end Español with Spanish pop, and they have a salsa/kumbia room that also has a drag show around midnight. There's something for everyone. Plus got dancers tons of bars great patio. And tons of good looking guys!! Hurry and go because it is closing:-( which bums me out but condos must be developed or LA will fail to exist!! ;

Circus disco has been around for a very long time. It has had its up and down moments and the years are very much taking their toll. The decor is quite dated and these days the overall feel of the club can be a bit cheesy at times. That isn't to say that it is not a fun place because it is. Depending on the night (and if they are hosting a promotion or not), the music usually falls into the EDM/Trance category although I have heard some pretty good "House" DJ's spinning a little "House" love here as well. They have a pretty good sized dance floor and a smaller room that often has a second DJ doing their thing as well but the dance floor space is much more limited in that room. The music is always energetic and lively though and the crowd tends to be a good mixture of gay, bi and straight twenty something's to mid thirty something's. The drinks are reasonably priced and on those nights when they are charging a cover charge at the door, it is also reasonable unlike most of the dance clubs in West Hollywood. This club can be a lot of fun on the right nights but I only rated it 3 stars because it just feels like the place is falling apart at times. There have been many rumors throughout the years that the property was sold and new condos were going to replace what was there. Because it is such a large parcel of land that borders on neighborhoods with large apartment complexes and condos, it would not surprise me that this will eventually happen. Perhaps that is why the owners just don't appear to be putting money into the club for maintenance or upgrades anymore. It is a pity. This place has seen much better days (or nights in this case).

This place is hopping!!! Tons of fun. People are really outgoing. Watch yourself when you leave tons of cops ready to pull you over. Got busted myself.

Love coming here they have good music but if what they are saying is true this place is being sold or closed down bye circuse rip 2015
