Tryna call in for missing vehicle ... telephone at the station musta broken .... or no officer paying any attention to it ... this is my 6th atempt to call the station .... what a watse of time ... Hollywood PD thump down .... smh!!!
not have been more professional. After meeting the officers outside, we went back inside and attempted to sleep. Officer Handlos started ringing our doorbell and moments later banged on our back door repeatedly. We put clothes on and went outside, where Handlos stated "I thought I told you to stay outside! You call the cops and then go back inside!!" Handlos did not ask us to stay outside. His statement was fabricated. Handlos threatened to place me under arrest, but had zero rationale for making the statement.
Nasty COP Matthew Handlos review:
Captain Miner, certain elements within your PD are corrupt, and there is no question that I'm right. Handlos told my wife and I that their job was not to come out to handle noise and that their job was to handle criminals. I asked, "Who else do we call at 11:00 p.m."? Handlos had mo comment.
I plan on stopping by to fill out a formal complaint.
Was assaulted and trying to file a report, but no one answers the phone. What a joke. What do we pay for?
Strongly advise an overhaul of this station. The officers are disrespectful to the concerns of the public and bad mouth people in the presence of others, especially Sgt. Geaney (Badge No. 35012). Hopefully, someone will boot her before she overreacts and harms a citizen. No respect.
Again, the 2nd officer was the complete reverse of the charactet of Handlos.
I called the Watch Commander who provided Officer Handlos's name.
August 7th, 11pm my wife and I phoned your department to report very loud audio from 124 S. Elm Dr., Unit 8. The noise was unquestionably intentional. Two officers responded. The tallest one, Officer Handlos, had an attitude immediately upon exiting his cruiser. The other officer could

I called to ask about the ability to file for a theft report and the agent didn't want me to file a report and said "its civil". Excuse me officer? Just because you are too lazy it doesn't mean that theft became a civil matter and not a criminal matter anymore! The officer literally hung up on me and then, unplugged the phone so I couldn't bother him anymore! We are really in good hands with the LAPD, aren't we?
