I have very good experience with officer Guzman, he was working by himself with a lot of different people but he was very nice and has smile his face all time his taking a report. Very impressed

The officer who just picked up the phone today Nov 5th at 6pm wont let me file a police report for perjury because "anybody can say whatever they want, even under penalty of perjury" and then left me hanging on the phone pretending he was going to let me talk to his supervisor but he never did, I waited and waited and waited on the line for half an hour until I gave up and did hung up like the officer was hoping. Horrible.
Have been calling non stop for an hour. It either goes to some internal voice mail system right away or makes you listen to a recording that says stay on the line... Then puts you in the voice mail system anyway with no way to leave a message.
