We sat outdoors in the patio in the evening. Great ambiance. The nachos were sooo good! Had the Apple pie and ice cream to follow up. Just as good. Would recommend.
I met Ann Gentry when she opened the La Cienega Restaurant! I would eat there everyday! The Farmchop salad was my favorite, with Wasabi dressing. Also the BLT, the Tacos, the TV Dinner! All fantastic! During the holidays they make a Thanksgiving Teaser which we all love!! We always offer Veggie Thanksgiving Dinner from RFD for people who don't eat Turkey! What a gem of a place!! Thank you Ann!!! They have the best staff at the La Cienega Restaurant!!! Love them!
I randomly found this place in search of Vegan Cheesecake. Although I didn't end up getting it, I'm glad I came to this place to experience the food. We tried the Bahn-mi, Mexico City Tacos, and the roasted potatoes. Everything tasted absolutely fantastic (make sure you ask for hot sauce). The service was also great and everyone was very friendly. The hostess told us about Sunday brunch and I'm looking forward to checking it out.
I love the ambience and atmosphere. The service is great. The only thing I don't love are the meat substitutions. It's not that they are bad. They aren't at all. They just aren't that incredible when comparing to things that are actually plant based and less processed. I recommend their desserts highly as well as their salads. Beware relatively small portions.
