Known for their burgers and house pastrami, oddly enough, their classic chicken salad sandwich is my all time favorite. My kids love the rotisserie chicken (only available at this location) with the garlic sauce, and we all like the Belgian style fries and special milkshakes. Burgers and pastrami is good but I usually end up with that chicken salad sandwich.

Their seasonal burgers are good, normal ones are okay. Fries are Sysco(?), over the 8 years I've occasionally come here they have never been worth mentioning. Oh, the prices are way too high for what you get. Last thing, last time I was there staff weren't paying enough attention to their job. Made some flippant comment to a few different customers. I was going to give you a single star for that, but maybe it was an off day. Overall 2 stars, better off going to In-N-Out unless it's a holiday.

Also the shake of the month has always been a delight. Increasing my initial 2 star score to 3 stars.

Fries very unique. Chicken Brie was my least favorite -- was too rich for me with no structural integrity.

I have yet to eat a sandwich from the standard menu that has met my expectations. The pastrami was fine, but not outstanding, the classic burger was the same. And today the pulled pork sandwich was underwhelming.

The burger of the month is another story altogether and has surpassed my expectations on both occasions. I was bummed no burger of the month was on the menu when I stopped there to dine today.

Side note, my wife ordered the beet salad. The mixture of beets, cheese and walnuts made for a fantastic combo when taken in the same bite.

Pretty decent. Classic burger was filling, above average.

Love this place! Ever since Billy's Deli closed in Glendale this is the closest place for pastrami sandwiches around...and it does not disappoint. Traffic on the 134 was bad tonight so I drove through Eagle Rock and decided to stop for dinner to go. Got the 1/2 rotisserie chicken and 2 sides - rice & coleslaw plus an order of beans. I'm not a black bean fan but when I see a bay leaf and a whole garlic clove sitting on top of them, I knew those beans were going to be ono! Love the garlic sauce for the chicken; the rice was well cooked & the red cabbage coleslaw was nice and tangy. I'm not sure what I'll have next but the Piggy Fries caught my eye. Stop by and try this place out; like it, love it, or not...at least you can say you tried it. ❤
