Surprisingly good shoes.
I don't always have time to visit the Los Angeles Camper store, but when I need a new pair, I order directly from their online store.
I tried on my first pair of Camper shoes and I was in love. The soft-cushioned sole was exactly what my feet needed to support my ever-changing body. There was a large assortment of colors and styles. And most importantly, the staff was patient and was determined to help me find the perfect shoe.
Camper shoes is one of the few casual shoes I wear. It it also one of the few brands I will travel a few cities away to purchase.
I bought my first pair of campers while pregnant with my daughter. Before walking into the Camper store, I had begun to get frustrated because I could not find a comfortable pair of casual shoes for my constantly expanding, flat-fleet.
Do not ever buy any thing online from this store. They have no customer service. They do not return emails. They are purely evil as far as I am concerned. They sent the wrong shoe size but refuse to respond to any form of communication. Avoid at all costs

I have ordered a pair of shoes from Camper 3 weeks ago and then returned them. I have not been reimbursed for this pair of shoes. I bought another pair of shoes and that order has been about 3 weeks and no shoes were sent. I stupidly bought a 3rd pair of shoes that didn't fit and I had to ship them back. I haven't been reimbursed for the 3rd pair of shoes bringing my total to 295 dollars which they owe me and haven't done anything about repaying me. I tried to contact them by the phone number they have for customer service. A recording answers and they say they will call back if you leave your telephone number-they never do. I have responded to them by email and I get a standard letter saying these items will be brought up to customer service and they never are. Out of desperation I have filed a fraudulent complaint done by my bank. I like the Camper shoes I bought in LA. I hate ,hate hate their online store-if that is what you call it. I think it could be online robbery site. I feel duped that I ever contacted this crooked place to begin with. What was I thinking after the first duped deal? Don't shop here ever.
