Horrible service
Call me old fashioned but answering a customer's inquiry with "No, we don't!" then hanging up probably isn't the nicest or most professional way to deal with a customer. To be honest, kinda douchey but its not my business so I'm sure your boss's opinion is way more important than mine.

Undefeated is a pretty dope shop. I mean sometimes some of the staff may seem a bit snobby, but it's all good they're a respectable brand and have a busy shop
