It's has best scented perfumes in any seasons and everyday, too. :)
There are only two times a year that I visit B&BW and that is during their semi-annual sale. Although this is fairly a small B&BW with the FIGat7th complex it has all the essentials. On the day of my visit it was quite busy. The staff was cognizant of lines and as soon as they were too long they opened a satellite check-out cart near the front of the store. The only thing I wish is that there were more sample testers available.
Not really the target audience. They seem nice though.
I love this place it's not very big but has good deals.
