I bring my dog here for grooming. They do a decent job. However, I would not recommend coming here if you want a specialty cut for a particular breed.
I'm giving this place 2 stars because I hate the customer service. I really dislike the receptionist kristin! She's rude, she's disrespectful and has a very bad attitude! She has snatched my credit card off my hand, she's even been on her phone while working! I can't! I love this place to get my dog groomed but she needs to go!
All the employees are so welcoming and nice! I've tried going to other dog groomers since I moved out of town a few years ago, but nothing compares to the attention and detail they go into making all my dogs looking fab. I always try to go here whenever I'm in the area and the dogs need a new hairdids.
Just walked out and had an incredible experience! You can totally tell the staff loves animals and they have a great selection of supplies. Quick service for grooming as well! We will be taking Otto there every time he's in need of something
