Both times, I've been warmly welcomed very shortly after walking through the door. The sales rep went above and beyond explaining how to patch a tube.
This place is great.Excellent service, and price. They installed a new tube and made few other adjustment in just 10 minutes.
Excellent prices and equally excellent service and repairs. What's not to like? There are closer bike shops but I will go out of my way to patronize Cycle World.
As far as price goes, maintenance parts I bought were about the same price as online if not cheaper.
