Broke down on my to my sons water polo tournament in San Jose from San Diego. Two other shops wouldn't help "too busy". Needed to replace the tensioner assembly and serpentine belt ASAP. They got me back on the road in a timely manner and did the job for less than they originally quoted w/ a labor warranty. Great jobs guys.

I have lived in the Eagle Rock area for 62 years. I have used various auto repair shops in Eagle Rock and surrounding areas. The service I receive at Don's has kept me returning to them for the past 10-12 yrs. Good to know I will never have to look for another qualified and honest repair shop again.
Booked my Honda Element in for a 100k mile service. Stacey and his team were courteous, I even forgot to hand over my keys and he sent a driver to come pick them up, and gave me upfront estimates for various scenarios. After inspection he explained to me thoroughly what would be done to my vehicle and why. I trust their opinion and am really glad I found a shop where my car and wallet are in safe hands.
