The absolute best. Finding an auto shop that you know you can trust is such a good feeling! Not to mention, the amount of free advice these guys have given me just to help me out! Highly recommended! I won't be going anywhere else!
I’m from Sacramento and my car broke down on a recent visit to la, I had to go back home but these guys took amazing care of my car until I was able to come back down and get it. I got home perfectly fine and when I move down here soon this will be the go to shop.
I would definitely recommend this shop. My husband and I have been taking our two cars here for maintenance and repairs for 4 years. The people at North Hollywood Auto are great mechanics who genuinely care about making sure your car is running properly. They explain repairs and options to you and work with you to determine what will be done. They are conveniently located near the NoHo metro station so you can drop off your vehicle and take the metro that day. But they will also give you a ride if needed. Oh, and they are friendly too!

My side view mirror was broken and needed to be repaired. The people here took the time to look at it and see if there was a less expensive option than replacing the whole fixture with a Factory part. Sadly we had to go the expensive route but they showed me exactly why. The part arrived quickly and the mirror was replaced in a couple of hours, along with an oil change and an air filter replacement. The mirror looks like new. You would never know it was replaced. They were courteous and kept me informed. I have been going here four years and their service is consistently excellent.

These guys are some of the best and most professional mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have gone here multiple times for "check engines", weird sounds, and general maintenance. Every time they have done the job incredibly well, and are transparent about what they did, and suggestions for future maintenance. I have never been more confident in suggesting an auto shop to my friends and colleagues.
