The mechanic working on my car even pointed out to me that one of the hoses was too long and was touching the engine of my car. He advised me that it should be replaced with a smaller hose and it no longer touches the engine..
Express Smog and Auto Repair are directly across from the car wash and a couple hundred feet from Break Master.
Been going there for 9 years. Servicing EVERY car I've owned from Ausi, Lexus,Infiniti and Land Rover(you learn a lot about car parts owning a rover). HONEST MECHANICS for a fair price. Recommend them with any reservations!!!!
They never tried to up sell me something that I did not need and even told me that the rear struts were in good condition and that I only need to have the front struts replaced right. Two other places (Pep boys and Firestone) told me that I need to have all four struts replaced.
Note that they are a little hard to spot the first time you visit so it might be easier to look for the Car wash or the Break Masters sign once you see you know you are in the right area.

These guys are not the cheapest or most expensive around but they are worth every $$ spent. They have earned another customer for life or for as long as I am living in North Hollywood.
1st realize this: I have been a loyal client to James and "Park" for more than 15 years. They have probably saved me tens of thousands of dollars over those times. PROOF OF THEIR HONESTY: I took my 2005 Mazda 6 to another, mechanic that was closer to me (I live in Woodland Hills now) and they quoted me $1050 to replace an A/C compressor, as diagnosed. I then called James, described my problem, and he simply said, "bring it in". Mind you, this was the Friday before Labor Day Sept.2017. I got it in the day after on Saturday at 12pm. The other people I talked to wouldn't even take my car in until the following Wednesday! END OF STORY: I got an oil change AND my A/C compressor cleaned out for a total cost of $162.50 and drove my car away on TUESDAY morning! It was worth the 16 mile and 30 minute ride because James and Park saved me $800! Tell everyone you know that needs a trustworthy set of mechanics to seek out Express Smog & Auto Repair!
