I left a great 5 star review only a couple months ago but I now look at this store completely differently. Everytime I go in, I feel as though everyone is unhappy with their job. They seem so annoyed and as a person who works retail, it annoys me because I would not be this way with customers even if I felt it. I feel scared to ask questions because of this and wish there was another location in the area because I would much rather go to that one instead.
Extremely disorganized! I spent 45 mins looking for black pants. Not only were they not the same size as the hanger stated, after I found the correct size, I waited in line only to be told the pants I had were not the ones on sale, even though they came off the rack stating they were on sale. The cashier was nice enough to ask me if I still wanted to buy the pants. Not for the price I was led to believe, but full price.
Customer service was very nice though, most places were pretty neat, and selection was decent so i gave 3 stars.
Felt like a very cramped store. Too many things hung too high and out of reach against the walls. Could barely stretch to check a tag or grab a hanger off the rack.
Also, this place really needs some more mirrors around the store. It's poor service i have to walk to the fitting room to find a mirror. They happened to be free, but what if they were occupied? I have to wait for someone to try on their garments to glance at a pair of earrings next to my face or putting a sweater on?
8 customer on line waiting to check out this morning. It took all 8 people making the same request to ask for help to get 2 additional cashier who was available and walking around stocking. The one cashier was helping someone set up an account.
Could barely get the cart through in some areas.
Pretty nice Kohl's. Good sized, lots of selection. Staff seems friendly. Conveniently located next to a Target, which may have what you're looking for if you can't find it here.
My last visit to this store, several years ago, was just as challenging...a lot of time spent shopping and leaving empty handed. I won't make that mistake again!
