I have been there several times... I love the store.it is really neat and clean. The staff is really nice specially Judy she is so welcoming and helpful. I love their clothes
I enjoying going to this Macy's location. They keep it organized and staff is friendly and helpful. I shop the children's department and Yesenia is great. She notifies me of upcoming sales. I had an issue with the women's last act return but Deigo took care of me. Be warned that last act has a 30 day return policy which sucks....should be around 60 days. This store would get 5 stars but the dressing rooms are always dark and usually clothes are left in the rooms. But overall I like this store.
And top of that I love that Macy’s give you a three hour parking validation
Wow! What a wonderful experience this was! I came with my cousin to Register for her wedding at the bridal registry in Macy's Los Angeles. Her consultant was named Laura and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and helped my cousin choose beautiful things for her registry. She made us feel very important and took her time helping and guiding us. I loved this experience and can't wait till I get married!
Parking isn't bad and is fully reimbursed if you buy something at Macy's! The Macy's store is only a year old so it is beautiful and large.
Macy's at 7th/Metro has outdone itself with the hoiday decorations. Everything seems very well put together. It is hard sometimes to find someone who works here to ask a question, but I assume it's because they're all over the place and it's kind of big. Great prices too, and check the offers on mattresses.
