Was in a hurry. Went in and found the things I wanted in the home section. There was a long line so they called for backup. I was the last person in line and when I got to the front 2 out of 3 cashiers decided to not help. One was scared of a cricket the other decided to do go backs. There was literally nobody behind me in line. After the second cashier decided I wasn't important enough to ring up I left my cart up front and left the store without purchasing anything.
A large selection of merchandise, good customer service and overall a great experience.
This place was the best in January 2017 today with new management it's look the worst ever I have been in so mess up and all look ugly. Got out fast.
I often visit this location, the service is normally just ok, my last visit was terrible a friend and I tried to call in an order coming from Loz Feliz area we were put on hold twice from our initial call and stayed on hold till we talked with the manager and showed her the call on the phone still on hold. She was disappointed with her staff and the order was free. Its to bad that some of the younger generation is clueless to customer service.
A good sound when its on clearance but some of the regular price items a little bit too high for the quality
