My husband and I we are going to go to Bolivia so we had to apply for tourists Visa.
They don't answer the phone
That was very quick and the staff is very friendly, we got a receipt.
Our Visa was ready on the day we were told.
I have to say I was worried as public office process can be frustrating in Bolivia, but the Consulate in Los Angeles is different and very efficient.
They never... answer the phone !!! I been trying to call them for the last 2 weeks every single day 5 to 7 times a day .
Next step, we read that you can post it, but we decided to go to their office 10th floor, and leave the passport and make the payment.
These people are extremely rude and NEVER help with anything. And getting them on the phone is impossible. I always wonder why the consulate even exists!!
They requested us the form printed and the passport.
No one ever answers the phone even during business hours, nor do they answer emails. Someone needs to read these reviews and fix this.
We follow the instructions for the application and entered our email, at first did not accept it, then we tried different email and we got the code to go ahead with the application forms.
Please hire capable people or hire more staff if that is what is needed. Thank you
